What is Scrip?

Scrip is another term for gift cards. Scrip is an easy way to support Discovery because it does not cost you anything extra. You raise funds while shopping by using gift cards instead of cash, checks or credit cards at your favorite retailers. Put your shopping dollars to work. Buy Scrip!

Scrip is sold every day before and after school in the courtyard at Discovery 1– just look for our tie–dye table cloth. We stock many merchants in our on-hand inventory including grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, hardware stores, book stores, movie tickets and more.

We also order every Monday from Great Lakes Scrip Center, the nation's largest scrip provider. They offer an extensive list of merchants. Check out Great Lakes' convenient online ordering system at ShopWithScrip.com.
