2011 Summer Events

Welcome everyone. The summer events below are listed in order by date. Some listed events are grade-level specific and others are "all school" (which means they are for everyone). You are welcome to attend any event in which your family is interested in, however, we recommend that you target your children’s grade level event if you are new to the Discovery community.

Reminders for summer events will be periodically sent via the DCS Yahoo Group. Host email links are listed for each event. Please be sure and thank the hosts for their planning and time in continuing a Discovery tradition of building community. (We work and play hard together.)

PLEASE NOTE: these events are organized by host parents (for the benefit of the school community) and are not organized summer babysitting opportunities. Whether your child is in elementary or middle school - parents are expected to attend or arrange supervision for their own children.
