Families interested in Falcon Campus admissions for the current school year, 2018-19, please complete the application below.  The wait list will not carry over to Fall 2019 admissions and there will be no "prior year's wait list" preference category on Fall 2019 applications. Fall 2019 admissions will begin December 10, 2018.
