Buckets of Kindness will be going on all week. Student Council will provide classes with small buckets, which classes will be filling with small classroom items to share. These gifts may either be one larger gift for the whole class, or a lot of smaller gifts for each students of the other class. The whole concept for this will be similar to “boo-ing”; this is when a house or family leaves a neighbor a small basket full of gifts or treats. This normally goes on during October, or Halloween time. We wanted to do this on a whole school scale. Each class will receive a bucket with the instructions, a list of bucket ideas, and a classroom sign on Monday morning. When your class has received a Bucket of Kindness, please put a sign on your door that says “Our buckets have been filled!” The goal is for at the end of the week, each class’s bucket’s to have been filled, and these signs will help make sure each class gets a Bucket.
