This workshop consists of weekly meetings of 2 hours 15 minutes each. Please RSVP and plan to arrive at the Atrium a little bit early to sign in and get situated. There is no meeting on November 27 due to the Thanksgiving break.

You are welcome to bring your own nut-free snacks or beverages to consume during each meeting.

Workshop Requirements:

• Attendance and participation in all meetings
• A means of taking notes
• You will need to bring back the handouts you received in previous weeks
• This workshop is for adults only. Child care is not provided. Babes in arms are OK.
